The International Journal of Traffic and Transportation Management (JTTM)is a high-quality scientific journal devoted to all new theoretical and experimental findings in the field of traffic management, urban mobility, road safety, intelligent transport systems, ride-sharing, intelligent parking, and smart transport applications. It is published by The International Association for Sharing Knowledge and Sustainability (IASKS).
With the modern-day developments in the field of transport technology, the citizens are becoming more and more mobile covering more distances than ever using various modes of transport to do their daily activities. Efficient traffic and transportation managements one of the major challenges for the policy makers in any city or region. All these policy measures are aimed at making more efficient use of existing roads / infrastructure in order to tackle a number of problems, including road safety, traffic demand management, public transport penetration, emissions, etc.
The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board are committed to build the journal as one of the leading international journals in traffic and transportation management in the next few years. With the support of the International Association for Sharing Knowledge and Sustainability (IASKS), it is expected that a constant resources to be channelled into the journal to establish its international repute. The journal’s repute will be enhanced by creating cooperation with several international conferences and internationally funded R&D project in order to publish their best works. Our plan is to publish 03 issues per year and launch the first issue in November / December 2016.
Aims and Scope:
JTTM is an Open Access (online) journal, which publishes peer-reviewed research articles and guest edited single topic issues in the field of traffic and transportation management. Topics cover all new theoretical and experimental findings in the field of traffic management, urban mobility, road safety, intelligent transport systems, ride-sharing, intelligent parking, and smart transport applications.
